Media Rules & Regulations

Media professionals covering AIATF Garment Fairs, including the East India National Garments Fair, must follow these guidelines:
1. Media Registration & Access
- All media representatives must register and obtain an official Media Badge.
- The badge must be worn at all times during the event.
- AIATF reserves the right to approve or deny media accreditation.
2. Photography & Videography
- Photography and videography are allowed only in designated areas with prior approval.
- Live streaming or real-time coverage requires written permission from AIATF.
- Media must respect exhibitors’ privacy and seek consent before capturing interviews or product displays.
3. Conduct & Restrictions
- Media representatives must adhere to event security protocols.
- Press materials and reports should accurately represent the event and exhibitors.
- Any misrepresentation, unauthorized content, or disruption may lead to media access revocation.
4. AIATF Branding & Content Usage
- AIATF branding, logos, and event content cannot be used for commercial purposes without prior approval.
- Any AIATF-provided media materials must be used only for fair-related coverage.
5. Liability Disclaimer
- AIATF is not responsible for any loss or damage to media equipment.
- The organizer reserves the right to make final decisions regarding media activities at the event.
