Exhibitor Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to exhibitors participating in AIATF Garment Fairs, including the East India National Garments Fair.

1. Rights

• AIATF reserves all rights regarding the fair’s management and decisions.
• Any cases not covered in these terms will be decided by AIATF.

2. Definitions

• Exhibitor: Any company, firm, or individual allocated space at the event, including their staff and agents.
• Organizer: AIATF Management Team.
• Tradeshow: The garment fair organized by AIATF.

3. Booth Confirmation & Allocation

• A booth is confirmed only after submitting the signed registration form and full payment.
• AIATF reserves the right to allocate or reallocate booths as necessary. Requests for specific locations will be considered but are not guaranteed.

4. Payments & Cancellations

• Payment must be completed within the specified timeline. Failure to do so may result in booth cancellation without a refund.
• No cancellations or reductions are allowed after registration. In special cases, a partial amount may be carried forward to the next fair at AIATF’s discretion.

5. Booth Regulations

• Booth changes require prior written approval.
• Exhibitors must follow all booth design guidelines outlined in the Exhibitor Manual.
• Shell Scheme booths cannot be converted into raw space.

6. Event Rules & Conduct

• Exhibitors must follow event guidelines and maintain decorum.
• Misconduct, unauthorized promotions, or rule violations may lead to removal without a refund.
• No advertising of non-exhibiting companies is allowed.

7. Security & Insurance

• Exhibitors are responsible for the security and insurance of their booth and materials.
• AIATF will provide general security but is not liable for theft, damage, or personal injuries.

8. Booth Setup & Removal

• Raw space possession starts at [TBD].
• Shell scheme possession starts at [TBD].
• Exhibitors must vacate booths by  [TBD]. Late removals may incur penalties.

9. Display & Promotion

• Booth displays must not extend beyond the allotted space or obstruct other exhibitors.
• No hoardings, banners, or external promotions are allowed without prior approval.
• Distribution of flyers outside the booth is strictly prohibited.

10. Electrical & Technical Setup

• Only authorized contractors can handle electrical installations.
• Exhibitors must safeguard their equipment against power fluctuations.

11. Visitor Entry & Access

• AIATF reserves the right to regulate visitor entry, including registration procedures and fees.

12. Legal & Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [Kolkata, India].
