Visitor Rules & Regulations

Visitors attending AIATF Garment Fairs, including the East India National Garments Fair, must adhere to the following rules:

1. Entry & Admission

• Entry is strictly for trade buyers only.
• Only individuals above 15 years will be allowed.
• Admission is free, but the organizers reserve the right to deny entry.

2. Registration & Badges

• All visitors must register and collect a visitor badge, which must be worn at all times during the event.
• For security reasons, visitors must carry a valid photo ID (passport, election card, driving license, etc.).

3. Security & Conduct

• Security personnel have the right to check visitors at entry, exit, and during the event. Any fraudulent activity may lead to confiscation or removal.
• Baggage and cameras must be deposited at the left luggage counter.
• Only office bags are allowed inside the venue.

4. Photography & Restrictions

• Photography and videography are strictly prohibited, including through mobile phones.
• The fair area is a Non-Smoking Zone—smoking is not allowed inside the premises.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• AIATF is not responsible for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to belongings.
